CRaG Systems provides a number of on-site (in-house) training courses in real-time and/or embedded systems requirements definition, system analysis, system architecture and detailed design. Each Real-Time Systems UML training course teaches the skills required to use the Unified Modelling Language within a well defined model-driven software development process. The courses are aimed at real-time system analysts, architects and developers who want to define use case based requirements of real-time and embedded systems, a detailed object oriented implementation-free analysis model from those requirements and a layered, component-based, real-time system architecture and design model. The modelling used is applicable to a wide variety of technologies embedded or standard, sufficiently detailed for code generation and traceable from requirements through to code. Students spend a significant amount of time creating multi-dimensional, traceable models of real systems as part of the training either using a UML modelling tool or on paper.
