The Project Support Stage is a collection of tasks required to support the other roles on the
project rather than a stage in its own right. Each task can each be assigned to
any competant individual on the project team.

Configure The Process, Manage Tools and Establish Version Control are performed
at the start of each phase in a incremental process and at the start of each stage
in a waterfall process.

Manage Project Website should be performed each week
or more often so that all information associated with the entire project is available to
all team members and is never more than a week old. All models should be available
in hyperlinked html format.
